Meet the beachy blonde!

Hi there, I’m Nina! I’m a biology-loving, free-spirited gal who yearns for more than the typical eat-work-sleep-repeat. At the end of 2020, my husband and I sold our home, packed up our 4 perfectly color-coordinated fur babies and fled to the sunniest place we knew- Florida!

We are from the Mitten State! My hubs (TJ) is a Michigan native, from Gland Blanc, while I was born in Pennsylvania but shared most of my adolescent and young-adult life around the Ann Arbor, MI area. We met in college and called Grand Rapids our home for 8 years.

*Anyone else a Laker for a Lifetime? 🙂 *

During Covid, we had a strong urge to change our direction (one we’d been praying, manifesting and pondering on for YEARS). So, we sold our home, took what little possessions we had left and headed for some warmth!

These last three years on the road have done so much for us in terms of growth. We have learned SO much about the RVing lifestyle, adventuring on the road and the desire to make a living online and through social media.

My interests fall in many categories but the few I’d love to focus on here are:

Wellness

I love holistic, homeopathic, eastern medicine. I value what God put on this earth for us to use and believe the natural path is the best. (side note: I’d LOVE to be a homesteader one day). I have recently struggled going down the western medicine route for some of my minor health issues, but the concept of holistic is not new to me. I was raised with understanding the value of “all things in moderation” when it comes to the foods we eat, the medications we take- EVERYTHING, and I truly believe that to live your healthiest life you need to adjust those numbers to skew heavily on the “whole and healthy” scale. Trust your body.

Wellness doesn’t only include physical health. Mindfulness is super important when it comes to wellness! You can expect to see tips on self-care, nutritious recipes, and other recommendations on how to expand and maintain your wellness palate.

Lifestyle

Anyone else love HomeGoods, Target or Amazon?? Now that we live in the RV, I can’t buy from HomeGoods or Target as often as I’d like, but Amazon has been an AWESOME place for organization, storage ideas and those trendy beauty accessories. Between being a dog-mom, wife and outdoorsy lover- there are a ton of useful finds that I am excited to share with you.

From pet items, to decor and kitchen, to those comfy and functional outdoor pieces- I’ve got you covered!
